We are currently working with a City law firm in Leeds who are looking for a Housing Management and Property Litigation paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords covering a broad range of matters including possession, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and unauthorised occupiers.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting and preparing claim forms, pleading and witness statements,
  • Preparing trial bundles,
  • Liaising with courts prior to trials,
  • Undertake site visits,
  • Ad-hoc paralegal duties.

You will also have the opportunity to conduct advocacy in the County Court on routine matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have previous Property Litigation experience within a similar setting.
