Our client, a full service, progressive law firm based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Paralegal to join its well renowned Real Estate department. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of clients, such as commercial investors, developers, commercial banks, housebuilders, retailers, and holiday and home park operators. You will gain experience within a wide range of planning matters.
Daily Duties
- Client care, responding to queries
- Supporting more senior lawyers
- Preparation of relevant documentation
- Legal research
- Managing your own files.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in planning or property is desirable
- Strong communication skills.
