A leading Defendant law firm is looking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to strengthen its team in Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims including PI from inception to settlement.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office required. 

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in the following:

  • Experience of dealing with motor PI claims under the predictive costs regime is desirable
  • Experience of the MOJ portal, stages 1 and 2
  • Pre-litigation experience
  • Credit Hire Experience
  • Experience of handling claims outside of the MOJ and the predictive cost regime

You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims including PI from inception to settlement
