Sacco Mann are working with an award-winning commercial law firm who are looking for a Planning Paralegal to join them. They have fantastic offices based in Leeds City Centre and bring in lots of high-quality work. Within this role you will work directly with the Partner of the department, giving you the opportunity to develop your planning knowledge further.
The Role
You will be providing paralegal support to the team who deal with residential and commercial developers, landowners, investors and funders, public authorities and individuals, across various sectors. This role involves lots of client contact on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the partner of the planning department
- Drafting legal documentation and dealing with correspondence.
- Reviewing and negotiating legal documents
- Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
- Conducting any legal research.
About You
- Upwards of 12 months previous paralegal experience (ideally within planning however commercial property experience will be considered)
- Strong client communication skills
- Driven to develop further in a planning team
