SJC is managing the recruitment process for a Top 20, International Law Firm who are looking to expand and strengthen their Post Completion department with the addition of a Post Completion Paralegal/Assistant.   The firm have an excellent reputation across the whole of the UK and offer a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits including private healthcare and hybrid working.  The Role
  • Work closely with the paralegals and Solicitors in the Residential and Commercial Property department and assist with the Post Completion process
  • Submit AP1’s to Land Registry
  • Deal with Land Registry Requisitions
  • Deal with Discharges
  • Liaise with Lenders
  • Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
  • Experienced in using Lender and Land Registry portals
  The Candidate
  • An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property
  • Previous Post Completion Experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
  • Good working knowledge of Land Registry
