We are working with a great West Yorkshire law firm, who are on the lookout for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Morley, Leeds. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer, ideally qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, who can demonstrate several years' experience handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases. Residential Conveyancers without formal qualification are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity with the occasional new build transaction. They will deal with cases from the point of instruction through to completion, being the main point of contact for clients from start to finish.
