Are you a Service Engineer with passenger lift experience looking to come fully off the tools and move into an office based role, where you will become the go-to technical expert in the department, for a globally recognised company you will be proud to represent?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to implement your extensive knowledge of passenger lifts to support a small service team across Yorkshire.

In this role you will be reviewing worksheets, finding and ordering the correct parts, then organising jobs for a small team of engineers. There will be a couple of site visits a week, but generally you will be supervising the team from the office and providing technical support.

This internationally renowned company were founded in the 1940's and boast a huge presence within the automotive, retail, and airport industries. They pride themselves on their staff retention and progression of employees into senior roles, looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.

This role would suit a Lift Engineer looking to come off the tools and work from an office, where they will be working Monday to Friday for a large and highly-regarded company for the long-term.

The Role:

  • Reviewing service reports, ordering correct parts, and organising jobs for engineers
  • Supervising 3 engineers, 1 technician and a service coordinator
  • Office-based, couple of site visits a week
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, Friday finish at 4pm
