The Role:

Steadplan currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty and Repair & Maintenance Administrator to join our MAN Dealership in Rochdale in Leeds. This role reports directly to our Leeds Depot Manager and offered on a full time and permanent basis. Experience of processing Warranty and R&M is essential - ideally in a Truck Dealership but would consider someone from a Car Dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and R & M repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
  • Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
  • Action warranty and R & M referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
  • Ensure that all warranty and R & M parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
  • Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
  • Occasionally providing assistance and support to the Retail administrator.
  • Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximise claimable time.
  • Be proactive in maintaining the company's policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and Compliance.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required company.
  • Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
  • Meet KPI's set by both Steadplan Group LTD and the vehicle manufacturer.
