Job Advertisement: Logistics Coordinator
Location: LS12 (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team! If you're an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in managing couriers, supplier relationships, and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day courier operations and ensure deliveries are made on time.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage logistics projects effectively.
- Assist with the physical handling of packages, ensuring boxes are checked and in good condition (assistance will be provided when needed).
- Maintain an efficient and smooth workflow across all logistics activities.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and checking packages.
