Customer Service, Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch and Transportc. £ 65,000 pa + attractive bonus and benefitsLeedsThe RoleReporting to the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service, Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch and Transport departments.Your primary objective will be to deliver efficient, cost-effective operations that exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer service team to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Supervise pick pack despatch processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate transport logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service, pick, pack, despatch and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
