Regional Head of Operations, Salary: c£70-90k + Car allowance + benefits including private medical & pension, Multi-site role with travel - oversight of depot operations covering Yorkshire, Northumberland and the East Midlands
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Operations to join a world leading organisation who are committed to the growth of their people. We are keen to hear from candidate with experience in a multi-site Head of Operations / Regional Operation Manager / Director role from within manufacturing, engineering, distribution operations.
About you:
A Head of Operations / Operations Director with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence, utilising kaizen, lean and six sigma tools / methodologies. We are looking for a candidate who embodies a relentless commitment to system compliance, quality control, and seamless service execution.
As a leader, you'll be responsible for daily coaching and the development of the operations team, ensuring a high-performance culture underpinned by Safety & ESG, Growth and Operational Excellence.
You’ll have a strong understanding of budget management and resource allocation.
The role:
- Operational Service Delivery: You'll oversee all aspects of operational service delivery at depots and the installations and maintenance activities at customer sites.
- Quality Control: You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining stringent quality control processes across all operational activities, consistently aiming to exceed industry standards.
- System Compliance: You'll ensure the relentless execution of system compliance. You'll continuously monitor and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership and Development: You'll be expected to provide daily coaching and development for the operations team, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and a commitment to excellence.
- Asset Management: You'll be responsible for delivering the asset management scorecard, taking necessary actions to maintain and improve performance metrics.
- Budget Management: You'll effectively manage the delivery and installation budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation across all operations.
