Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

We're seeking a dynamic Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join a well-established, global company with exciting growth plans. The Role:

As the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring high standards of customer service. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll:

  • Manage 2 warehouse assistants and the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
  • Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring safe and timely handling of stock.
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Handling any issues with deliveries and ensuring customers are updated
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Support with the transition of ERP systems (currently SAGE, moving to SAP) to optimize stock control and order processing.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
  • Prepare risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Forklift Truck experience essential
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP) and stock control processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Commitment to health and safety practices.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
