The role
We're working exclusively with a fast paced, growing retail business with a busy warehouse at the heart of it all. This fast-paced environment will be ideal for those wanting variety and autonomy. As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be making sure the goods flow in and out without a hitch. You'll be:
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations - keeping things running efficiently and safely.
- Leading and motivating a hard-working team - getting the best out of them every shift.
- Making sure stock is received, stored, and dispatched on time, every time.
- A keen focus on health & safety - because everyone's wellbeing comes first.
- Working with other teams to make sure the warehouse supports the wider business.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in a warehouse setting - ideally at a supervisor level or above.
- A natural leader - someone who can motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- A problem solver - quick thinking and always ready to tackle a challenge.
- Knowledge of health & safety rules - this is critical.
- Experience with stock management systems? Even better!
