Warehouse Team Leader – Leeds - £29,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a multi award winning wholesaler based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.
As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of the warehouse, overseeing the staff and ensuring daily targets and deadlines are met.Â

Hours: 37.5 per week - on weekly rotation 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 warehouse associates to ensure daily and weekly KPI's are met across processing, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Coordinate and prioritise daily tasks to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
- Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics
- Lead the team through effective collaboration, clear communication, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilise WMS to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports
- Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback to management on warehouse operations
