Duties will include, but not be limited to, investigating and negotiating motor incidents to agree liability and settlement, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and responding to client correspondence. In addition, you will review, consider and evaluate estimates, invoices and total loss reports, whilst maintaining claim files to meet industry regulations.You will benefit from a highly comprehensive training programme, led by top industry experts. You’ll also enjoy a clearly-defined development plan, offering promotion routes into more senior claims positions, as well as into a number of different business areas including, but not limited to Complex Loss, Underwriting, Leadership and Sales.Our client is very flexible in terms of previous experience, and will consider candidates from a range of claims environments including insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, legal firms and accident management companies. A minimum of 6 months’ experience is required, and what is most important is your ability to investigate third party liability. It is also essential that you have the ability to structure your day to prioritise required tasks effectively, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the skills to navigate multiple systems throughout the claims journey.The company operates a hybrid-working policy, allowing you to work a maximum of 3 days a week from home, although you are of course welcome in the office as much as you like!
