?? The Role? Manage a caseload of commercial motor claims, including haulage, HGV, coach, bus, and courier risks? Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a smooth process for clients? Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties to secure the best outcomes? Provide expert guidance to clients, offering a high standard of service and support? Work closely with the wider team to develop your technical claims expertise
?? Who They're Looking For? At least 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (commercial experience preferred)? A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships? Someone looking to step up into more complex cases and develop their skills? Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently
