?? The Role
? Manage a caseload of commercial motor claims, including haulage, HGV, coach, bus, and courier risks
? Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a smooth process for clients
? Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties to secure the best outcomes
? Provide expert guidance to clients, offering a high standard of service and support
? Work closely with the wider team to develop your technical claims expertise
?? Who They're Looking For
? At least 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (commercial experience preferred)
? A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
? Someone looking to step up into more complex cases and develop their skills
? Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently

? Salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
