• Manage a caseload of commercial motor claims, including haulage, HGV, coach, bus, and courier risks
• Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a smooth process for clients
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties to secure the best outcomes
• Provide expert guidance to clients, offering a high standard of service and support
• Work closely with the wider team to develop your technical claims expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (commercial experience preferred)
• A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently

• Salary of 25,000 - 30,000, depending on experience
