We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role in the industrial / manufacturing industry based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of industrial machinery and equipment within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults on various pieces of machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members.
- Contribute to the improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure consistent production quality.
- Assist in the procurement of new machinery and equipment.
- Participate in project work as required.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3)
- A strong understanding of industrial / manufacturing machinery.
- Experience in machinery maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
