Description
- Maintain and optimise manufacturing equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Identify and rectify faults in equipment to minimise downtime.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing plant.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and external technicians as required.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.
- Participate in training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.
Profile
A successful Focus Technician should have:
- Relevant technical qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify faults in equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards within the FMCG industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
