We are looking to recruit a mechanical maintenance engineer for a manufacturing company based in Leeds. This business really invests in their people with extensive training, support for further education and solid opportunities for personal development.
They are now looking for a mechanical biased engineer to join their team. The job is shift based Monday to Friday and rotates across three shifts. mornings, afternoons and nights.
Youll be factory-based utilising your knowledge and skills in a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance. They are highly committed to continuous improvement and youll be encouraged to identify projects and be given the freedom to own them.
Day to day, youll be fault finding, repairing pneumatic and hydraulic kit, involved in installations as well as some fabrication.
They adopt a safety-first culture and youll report any hazards and near misses and assist, from an engineering perspective, in delivering improvements.
If you have worked in a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment, have engineering qualifications to underpin your experience and have done the majority detailed above, do get in touch.
