Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Leeds (LS10)Salary: 47k - 49k DOE
Shifts: Panama Days
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of all machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role.
- Apprentice trained
- NVQ lvl3 in either discipline
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
