About The Role
Join Our Team: Site Administrator in Leeds

Here at GRAHAM we are searching for a full-time experienced Site Administrator to join our team at GRAHAM on the £100 million Dyecoats project in Leeds. This is a dual role requiring a proactive and professional individual who can manage detailed document control while confidently handling front-facing site secretarial responsibilities.

You wont just be in the background! We need someone with strong organisational skills who can manage site documentation and interact seamlessly with teams and stakeholders on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all site documentation, ensuring a clear audit trail, including:
- Contract notices
- Progress reports
- Meeting minutes
- Site induction, Health and Safety, and environmental records
- Design information, drawings, and specifications
- Utilising IT systems including SharePoint, Viewpoint 4P, VIS Pod software, and Autodesk Build (training provided for candidates with experience in similar platforms).
- Balancing document management with front-facing administrative tasks.


Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of site administration / document control experience.
- Fully IT literate, with the ability to quickly adapt to platforms such as SharePoint, Viewpoint 4P, and Autodesk Build.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work full-time on site in Leeds.


Desirable Criteria
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with document control platforms in a construction or engineering setting.
- Proven ability to manage dual roles effectively, balancing technical document control and front-facing administration tasks.
