- Liaise with clients on new matters ensuring all money laundering documentation is completed
- Undertake conflict checks
- Produce/assist in the completion of monthly bills
- Undertake credit control work at first instance
- Prepare expenses claims financial reports for partners
- Obtain assets and tracing reports
- Prepare electronic bundles
- Preparation of inward and outward post
- Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in a legal setting
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative.
- Salary of up to £21,840 depending on experience
