We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.

This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am till 5:30pm) offering a hybrid opportunity where you will be required to visit site/offices 1 - 2 times a week.

Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
  • Providing excellent customer services to leaseholders and residents.
  • Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
  • Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval.
  • Producing Notices and Letters
  • Taking minutes when required at meetings.
  • Attending weekly staff meetings.
  • Registering staff sickness/absence.
  • Printing Reports.
  • Maintaining register.
  • Inspection of buildings
  • Any other tasks to support the administration of the business.
