Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle all internal and external post efficiently and effectively.
  • Set up meeting rooms and seminars, including necessary equipment, as per requirements in a timely manner.
  • Assist staff and partners with all facilities-related queries.
  • Maintain the highest standard of scanning for documents, plans, text, and pictures.
  • Adhere to the firm's values of openness, integrity, teamwork, respect, and strong client relationships.
  • Comply with the firm's procedures for the safe keeping of documents.
  • Act professionally and courteously when dealing with clients and always project a positive image of the firm.
  • Ensure relevant firm databases and records are accurate and regularly updated.

  • Meet deadlines or communicate with the appropriate person if a deadline is challenging, providing updated time estimates.
  • Obtain necessary information to handle enquiries, requests, and instructions.
