Leasing Administrator – Build to RentÂ
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Leeds City Centre
£28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working at an amazing build to rent site in the centre of Leeds. You will provide administrative support to their leasing team
Your role will be crucial in supporting a busy leasing department to ensure that their high standards of customer service are maintained.
Duties will include:
- Respond to online and email enquiries
- Ensure all data is updated
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Conduct referencing checks
- Communicate effectively between departments
- General administration - arranging initial viewings, move ins/outs and conducting tenancy administration
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven administration/customer service experience
- Leasing, lettings or property administration experience desirable
- An excellent team worker and communicator who is able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, tenants and clients.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
