- Provide key support to the senior leadership team, ensuring they have everything they need to drive the business forward and deliver on strategic objectives.
- Provide project support across a variety of tasks, from business operations through to sales support.
- Collaborate on special projects, conducting research and data analysis to drive strategic decisions, whilst ensuring project deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist the leadership team in driving initiatives that enhance and promote a positive, high-performing company culture
- Completing and coordinating supplier forms and documentation, ensuring accurate submission of company information for onboarding and compliance purposes.
- Providing proactive support to the day-to-day operations of facilities management to ensure a well-maintained and efficient working environment.
- Continuously exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, and consistently ensure information is shared efficiently where appropriate.
- Proven experience in an Operational/Project Support role or as an Executive Assistant in an SME business.
- Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.Â
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, within a dynamic and fast-growing business.
- Naturally curious with a problem-solving attitude, who thrives on overcoming challenges.
- Proactive approach to work, and confident in taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed.
- Experience of working autonomously, and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
