It might sound a little unbelievable, but our partner, who does just this, has experienced continued growth across the north of England since 2016 and are now looking to hire an experienced operations or administrative professional to help with the continued success of the business.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will be varied and wide-ranging and will include:
- Developing and organising a program of internal and external events that will promote the brand and build engagement
- Reviewing and redesigning administrative and compliance processes to ensure everyone, both lawyers and operations, are working as effectively as possible
- Assisting the CEO and other Partners with the execution of growth strategies across the north of England and the rest of the UK.
As the right person for this role you are pro-active, excel in a varied and ever changing job role, and you enjoy being the glue that holds a business together. You are highly organised, demonstrate good and fair judgement and have a genuine commitment to excellent customer service, both internal and external.
You don’t have to have legal industry experience, but you should have excellent communication and IT skills, and a strong motivation to learn and adapt.
You enjoy a varied working environment, appreciate and respect people from a variety of different backgrounds, foregrounds and everywhere else.
You don’t have to be crazy to work here, but it helps. And you’ll have more fun.
This is a full-time role based just outside Leeds city centre. There is free onsite parking and the option to agree a hybrid working arrangement.
