This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge within a friendly and expanding company.PA/Office ManagerFull Time Hours£30,000Based in Leeds 9Free ParkingPermanent The role...The main purpose of this role is to provide a high level executive support  to the Directors whilst providing support to manage office Administration and providing a welcoming first point of contact for visitors to the company. Some of the daily duties will include: 
  • Management of Directors Diaries
  • Co-ordinating customer visits and meetings
  • Processing expenses, ordering office supplies, booking travel & accommodation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in your own area of responsibility
  • Meeting new customers to the business, answering the telephones and providing excellent customer service. 
What we are looking for?The right person for this role would have the following skills & experience:
  • Experience of providing PA support at Director level
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment would be beneficial but not essential to the role
  • Complex diary and correspondence management
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Experience of managing office functions within an organisation 
  • Comfortable dealing with confidential information
  • Working to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to use own initiative whilst still working well as part of the wider team.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
