- Management of Directors Diaries
- Co-ordinating customer visits and meetings
- Processing expenses, ordering office supplies, booking travel & accommodation
- Contribute to continuous improvement in your own area of responsibility
- Meeting new customers to the business, answering the telephones and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience of providing PA support at Director level
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment would be beneficial but not essential to the role
- Complex diary and correspondence management
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Experience of managing office functions within an organisation
- Comfortable dealing with confidential information
- Working to deadlines
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative whilst still working well as part of the wider team.
- Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
