A prestigious property company are looking for a PA to join their team based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual with previous office management experience looking to expand their skill set and work for an established business.

As PA, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of the office, providing administrative and organisational support for the directors and senior management team, including issues of a confidential nature, using initiative and judgement. This combined PA and Office Manager role require a candidate who can drive and has access to their own car. You will be joining a really friendly and supportive team.

FULLY OFFICE BASED, 9-5.30, OWN CAR REQUIRED

The role:

路 Maintain accurate diary management for Directors

路 Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

路 Arrange internal and external meetings for visits (refreshments, facilities, lunches etc)

路 Provide administrative and event support

路 Prepare and produce documentation for meetings - including the production and collation of agendas, papers and minutes

路 Provide support for office engagement and onsite facilities

路 Arrange meetings, travel, accommodation and itineraries

路 Providing documents for internal and external distribution

路 Proactively handling incoming emails, mail and telephone calls

路 Taking and transcribing minutes

路 Dealing with any personal business on the request of the Directors

路 Assist with the co-ordination of organising group events/social events as and when required

路 PA duties to the Board of Directors

路 Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Development teams

路 Responsible for all meeting rooms; tidy, fully stocked and in working order at all times

路 Responsible for maintaining the kitchen areas and required resources are fully stocked

路 Co-ordinate Health and Safety requirements for the office

路 Liaise with third parties in the building

What we are looking for:

You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle as some short travelling will be required

路 Previous experience as a PA or Officer Manager is essential

路 An ability to work under pressure and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential.

路 You will be working in a confidential environment so integrity is crucial.

路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

路 An adaptable approach to changing situations

路 The ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision

路 Good MS Office skills
