We are a small & friendly team based in Horsforth (Leeds) and due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Talent Management department with the appointment of a positive, organised & proactive individual who would be comfortable undertaking a range of tasks that support the sales function.

The Role

This is a brand-new role created due to continued success & growth. The Talent Management team are the heroes that make this business tick as they cover a broad and diverse range of tasks which you will work on in support of the Head of Talent.

  • Campaign & Business Administration
  • Market Research & Resourcing
  • Internal & External Communications
  • Marketing & Social Media Management
  • Diary Management & Event Planning
  • Quality Analysis & Training
  • CRM & Database Management
  • Inbox Management
  • Office Upkeep & Team/Personal Assistant Duties

Therefore, you can expect to be involved and to play a key role in all areas above as part of this opportunity, offering a position with incredible variety, and helping you to develop a broad range of skillsets through training and guidance.

Firstly, we do not expect you to have experience in all the areas highlighted above to be suitable for this role. If you do, then great! If not, full training can be given in areas that are required.

On Offer

This is a full time employed role where we are ideally looking to pay between £24k - £30k as a basic salary for the ideal individual. Offers will be entirely relevant to experience, as you would expect. Salary will be complemented by access to our company bonus and benefits scheme too, to boost support and income year on year.

Initially this role will be based in our Horsforth offices, Monday - Friday. Following an the initial 'settling in period’ where you can learn the role and tasks alongside the team, you will move to a hybrid working pattern (3 in, 2 at home) as well as a 9 day fortnight (work 5 days one week, only 4 the next - whilst being paid for them all)!
