Salary: £50,000 (OTE £58,000+)

We invite an enterprising and ambitious Engineering Manager to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting juncture to influence and shape operations within a thriving and rapidly growing company. As our Engineering Manager, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.
Skills required for this Engineering Manager Role:
- Managment or Strong Leadership Experience
- Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
- Familiarity with budget oversight
- Experience with PUMPS
- Industrial Baackground
- Ideally Manufacturing but Open to Various Backgrounds
