Water Treatment Engineer

Go2 People are working on behalf of their client to find aWater treatment engineers to work with a company that are expanding and well established. We are looking for engineers in the NORTH WEST / NORTHEAST AREA

You will require a working knowledge of and experience of water treatment plants, and equipment, servicing, installing and commissioning of a variety of treatment systems

In the role of Water treatment Engineer your duties will include:

• Carrying out water treatment engineering
• Filtration and dosing systems
• Closed system dosing and analysis
• Cleaning & chlorination of domestic water systems
• Water Softeners
• Spa balance tank cleans
• Clean and chlorination of Cooling Towers
• TMV servicing and testing

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• L8 Qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Carry out removal of obsolete systems and installation of new equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• City & Guilds
• Ideally 5 years experience and knowledge of water treatment

This is a fulltime permanent role, with a salary of£30,000 - £32,000on offer (dependant on experience). With some possible travel and staying away.

Job

• Monday to Friday - 40 hours
• Full time 40 hours - following probation period
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays - additional day for each year worked to a maximum of 5 additional days
