Our Client is a respected name within the Water Treatment industry, and they are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager to join their successful outfit. Candidates will need hands-on service experience, including sampling and analysis from process water systems, and must have a proven track-record of managing and growing key Client accounts. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience undertaking Analysis of Closed Systems, Cooling Towers and Steam Boilers
- Will have an excellent and rounded grasp of technical industry guidelines
- Industry - related training and qualifications would be beneficial to applications
- Experience handling key Client accounts, upselling services and ensuring compliance and high levels of service are maintained
- Strong IT and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner

The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts for Water Treatment Clients, including Cooling Tower and Steam Boilers
- Maintaining and building on existing and new Client accounts, through upselling and upgrading contracts as well as identifying and following up on new business leads
- Handling contract renewals
- Collating and providing quotations for remedial works
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records and producing comprehensive technical reports
- Working closely with Managers and Directors to oversee operations and performance
