- City & Guild Level 3 in Refrigeration & AC
- Time Served apprenticeship or Equivalent.
- IOSH/NEBOSH
- Experience in managing a service team, with strong people management skills.
- Hands-on industry-related experience and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and meet customer requirements.
- Skilled in quotations, budget management, and driving profitability.
- Ability to oversee operations, scheduling, and resource planning.
