We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Coordinator Lead to drive cost-saving strategies while ensuring compliance with ISO standards for a leading manufacturing site based in Leeds who distribute across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operational activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement business improvement strategies to achieve cost savings and optimize processes.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards as a certified ISO Lead Auditor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operational team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational coordination and business improvement.
- Strong knowledge of cost-saving strategies and process optimization.
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor with a thorough understanding of ISO standards DESIRED (ISO9001 + ISO45001)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill DESIRED (Lean Manufacturing knowledge OR Six Sigma)
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
