We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in West Yorkshire, looking to strengthen its management team with a talented Operations Manager. This role offers the right candidate a chance to lead operational excellence within a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and support the company’s long-term goals.
Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
