Excellent role on offer for an Operations Manager/ Director looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the site whilst driving growth in this highly autonomous position.
Do you have experience as a Production, Engineering, Operations Manager and/or Director with previous experience managing single manufacturing sites? Do you have experience working within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment?
This well-established, market leading company are recognised with one of the dominant forces within their specialist industry having provided innovative and high quality solutions for decades. They are actively looking for a dynamic individual to run the operations of this singular site and take them to the next level.
In this role you will be responsible for the single manufacturing site. You will direct all aspects of production activity to ensure the quality and quantity of products are manufactured safely and within budget. Along with the day to day running and coordination of the company, you will also provide leadership to managers and staff whilst providing and delivering on strategic growth.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in a Managing Director, General Manager, Operations Manager or Director level position within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment and looking drive the growth of an exciting, thriving business. You will need previous experience leading a manufacturing site.
