Our client based in LS27 are looking for a Operation Manager to lead the team, someone committed to operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for all process and opertation in Leeds and report to general manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This Manufacturing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the manufacturing operations.

Duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the production processes run efficiently, safely, and cost effectively while maintaining the highest quality.
  • Ensure products, palletising and shipping meet rquired standards
  • Prepare regular reports on basic key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing corrective
  • Manage workshop staff, authorising hols, training warehouse staff and supervisors, terminations, etc.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate your team, carry out regular performance reviews and encourage training and development for the team.
