We have an incredible opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of the UKs fastest growing organisations. We are looking for someone with a strong leadership and management background, who can oversee a number of sites, ensuring KPIs are met and deliver agreed strategic plans within budget.
Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + up to 15% annual Bonus
Location North and West Yorkshire
The successful candidate will
Have strong leadership and operational management experience, ideally within transportation, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, aerospace, rail, automotive sectors.
Have a positive attitude and work ethic
Have the ability to lead a team effectively in order to achieve operational goals as laid out in the overall organisational strategy
Have the ability to bring about change and create a positive culture
Be data literate
Be able to have effective working relationships with all levels across the organisation.
