The Role

As the Operations/Services Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their charity’s services run smoothly and effectively. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee the operational aspects of the company, from managing administrative systems to supervising staff and coordinating services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support project staff, including supervision, development, and appraisals.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistently applied.
  • Manage HR systems and ensure efficient administration and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for staff, volunteers, and young women.
  • Coordinate service delivery, including referral systems, quality assurance, and monitoring.
  • Manage the charity’s buildings and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Deputise for the CEO as needed and contribute to organisational development.
