Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and develop security officers in the north region, carryout welfare visits, and ensure seamless service delivery whilst promoting our mission statement of Inclusion and Happiness both internally and externally
  • To create a professional environment which enables our field-based colleagues and customers, to feel close to the FRG team wherever they are located
  • Contribute towards operational service delivery across our northern portfolio, to a ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Ensure that FRG's Health and Safety culture is at the forefront of our people's minds and also that our services are delivered safely and in line with legal and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure that the whole team has an awareness of the companies SHEQ policies
  • To coach the security officers to ensure that they are self-developing, providing the best level of service to our customers, following process and procedures, and working effectively as a team
  • To ensure that all team members complete all mandatory induction and training materials in advance of agreed timescales

Essential Skills

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Must be able to work Nights
  • Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
  • A flexible approach to the working week, ensuring the operational needs of the region are met
  • prior experience managing/supervising others within a security operations role and the ability to demonstrate that you can improve the performance of individuals and teams with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team proficient IT skills with an intermediate level of MS Office fundamentals
  • excellent organisational skills
  • the ability to contribute to team goals, and work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • to be adaptable, flexible, with a positive attitude
  • to hold a valid SIA (SG or DS) Licence
