Salary:60,000 - 65,000 per annum

Hours:37 hours per week

The Role:

As aSenior Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality Management System to enhance compliance and ensure superior quality across all manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining the QMS aligned with ISO9001 and APIQ1 standards.
• Driving continuous improvement efforts to reduce Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Collaborating with top management to assess QMS performance and identify improvements.
• Conducting audits and using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience managing Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and APIQ1 standards, ideally within Oil & Gas or similar sectors.
• Expertise in auditing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
• A proactive approach to quality assurance and a passion for collaborative, cross-functional leadership.
