Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of 25m.
About the role of Senior Site Manager
This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
- Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
- Responsible for managing a full site team
- Chairing subcontractor meetings
- Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
- Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
Requirements for Senior Site Manager.
- Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
- Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
- Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
- CSCS Black
- NVQ level 6
- Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
