PSR Solutions are working with a very well-established Main Contractor who are looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their already flourishing team. The position advertised is an excellent opportunity working with a firm who have been in operation for several years and have made massive strides in the high rise RC Frame build market. As a permanent employee of the company this would be ideal for someone interested in working on pre-secured projects within Yorkshire.

The project on which the successful candidate will be working on is a circa 80m RC Frame Scheme in the city centre of Leeds.

The role will involve reporting to Project and Contract Managers, overseeing day to day operations of a project as well as overcoming any issues that may arise. Time management and leadership skills are essential in ensuring a projects life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.

Role and duties:

• Focus on the SFS and Faade
• Subsequently focusing on the internal fit out
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to more senior members
• Referral to design drawings to ensure efficiency of programme delivery.

Experience/Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• 1st AID
• Excellent people skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working for a main contractor on multi-million-pound schemes
