Reporting to the Production Manager, this pivotal position involves managing the shift, ensuring seamless operations across multiple production departments. You’ll lead a team of Team Leaders and Operatives, driving quality, productivity, and performance while fostering a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities of the Shift Manager include:

Oversee and develop Team Leaders through objectives, KPIs, and performance reviews
Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met, implementing a right-first-time approach
Drive productivity and schedule adherence to achieve 100% OTIF
Cultivate a culture of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
Maintain rigorous compliance with HSE standards, ensuring a safe working environment
