Are you an experienced Production Leader seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
Reporting to the Production Manager, this pivotal position involves managing the shift, ensuring seamless operations across multiple production departments. You’ll lead a team of Team Leaders and Operatives, driving quality, productivity, and performance while fostering a safe and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities of the Shift Manager include:
- Oversee and develop Team Leaders through objectives, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met, implementing a right-first-time approach
- Drive productivity and schedule adherence to achieve 100% OTIF
- Cultivate a culture of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
- Maintain rigorous compliance with HSE standards, ensuring a safe working environment
We are looking for Manufacturing Shift Managers with the following experience:
- Proactive and solutions-oriented leader with a proven track record in people management within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Have experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver strong results
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
