Anderselite is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate services firm for a Site Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, ensure compliance, and deliver a high-quality occupier experience.

Part-Time Role (2 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day building operations, including planned & reactive maintenance
? Act as the first point of contact for occupiers, ensuring excellent customer service
? Oversee supplier performance, compliance, and service delivery
? Ensure legal compliance in health & safety, risk assessments & CDM regulations
? Manage service charge budgets and reporting in line with RICS standards
? Drive sustainability initiatives and maintain reporting platforms

Requirements:

? Proven experience in Facilities Management
? Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
? Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Meridian, E-Logbooks)
? IWFM Level 4, IOSH certification & professional body membership preferred
