A top Modular build Main Contractor is on the search for driven and ambitious Site Managers.
Are you a Site Manager with experience in modular build?
Do you fancy to be a part of nationwide projects, traveling around the UK?
Fancy managing projects such as temporary offices blocks, classrooms, hospital wards and operating theatres etc. nationwide?

Site Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Ensuring all Health & Safety is always adhered to on-site
- Excellent reporting skills with a focus on quality
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site teams
- Ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget
- Effective stakeholder management - quickly build and maintain relationships
- manage the decommissioning of buildings on one site and the installation of these buildings with some changes on the next site
Site Manager required skills & experience:
- 3+years experience as Site Manager
- Degree qualified
- CSCS black card, First Aid, SMSTS certificate
- Proven experience working on Modular projects
